Our Foundation
Founded in 2022, our company began with a passion for thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship, specializing in high-end remodels throughout the Greater Portland area. From custom residential renovations to upscale commercial transformations, we’ve always been dedicated to building beautiful, functional spaces.
By Fall of 2024, we expanded into new home construction—offering both spec homes and fully custom builds designed around our clients’ visions and lifestyles.
Who We are
Our Story
Our founder brings a lifetime of experience to every project. Having grown up on job sites alongside his father, who owned a concrete flooring business, the foundation for quality work was laid early. In 2012, S.J. moved to Lake Tahoe and became a project manager for a prestigious builder for custom homes in Truckee, California. As a luxury custom home builder he led the construction of homes for Silicon Valley executives and professional athletes—many spanning over 10,000 square feet.
After returning to Maine in 2019, S.J. continued his career in high-end construction, eventually launching this company to combine his deep industry knowledge with his personal vision for homebuilding. As a trained carpenter, he understands every stage of the building process—from structural details to final finishes—and prides himself on being hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
