Due to the many variables like building lot quality, structural requirements, and levels of finish, we do not price using the square foot method. Instead, we like to take a deep dive into all the details to ensure we provide the most accurate pricing for your specific project.

Depending on the size and complexity, from the time we break ground till the home is move-in ready, we average 7-10 months. This does not include the time needed for pricing, permitting, and final design.

Most of our work takes place  in the Greater Portland area / Cumberland Country, but we have no problem traveling for the right build. Whether it be the mountains, or the ocean, we would love to take a look at your new build.
